By purchasing or using any Sterling Solutions product, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English.

Our Products

Sterling Solutions sells digital software products designed to help individuals and small businesses manage and operate more efficiently. Products are sold as one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Licenses

When you purchase a Sterling Solutions product, you receive a license to use it for your own personal or single-business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or white-label our products or pass them off as your own under any circumstances.

Refunds

Because our products are digital, all sales are final after download. If a product is fundamentally broken and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will work with you toward a fair solution. If you have a problem with a product, contact us first at sterlingesolutions@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Your Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties — ever. Where products run on your own device, your business data stays on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data stored locally.

No Liability For Business Decisions

Sterling Solutions provides tools to help you run your business. We are not responsible for any business decisions made using our software, or for any financial outcomes that result from use of our products.

Updates

We reserve the right to update our products and these terms at any time. If we update these terms, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of any Sterling Solutions product after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
